Your Right to Opt Out
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other applicable privacy laws, you have the right to direct Summit Audience Segments, LLC to stop selling or sharing your personal information with third parties for targeted advertising or audience matching purposes.
FreePermitApp may share personal information — including hashed email addresses, IP addresses, and browsing behavior — with advertising partners such as LiveRamp and programmatic advertising networks. This may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under CCPA.
What Happens When You Opt Out
When you submit an opt-out request, Summit Audience Segments, LLC will: (1) stop sharing your email address with LiveRamp for identity resolution and audience targeting; (2) flag your record in our systems to prevent future data sharing with advertising partners; (3) process your request within 15 business days.
Please note that opting out does not affect data already shared before your opt-out request, and you may still see non-personalized (contextual) ads on our sites.

Additional Privacy Rights
In addition to opting out, you also have the right to: access your data (request a copy of all information we hold about you), correct inaccurate data, and delete your data entirely.
