FreePermitApp is a free informational resource. We do not currently charge for access to the Site or its core content. All search tools, guides, and information are provided at no cost to you.
Email Subscriptions
When you submit your email address on FreePermitApp, you are subscribing to receive periodic email communications from Summit Audience Segments, LLC, which may include: site updates and new content notifications; health and wellness resources; promotional content from our affiliate partners; and special offers or announcements.
Email subscriptions are free of charge. There is no automatic billing associated with signing up for our email list.
Consent: By submitting your email address, you consent to receive marketing and informational emails from Summit Audience Segments, LLC. This consent is separate from any purchase or service relationship.
Auto-Renewal Policy
FreePermitApp does not currently offer subscription-based paid services that auto-renew. If we introduce paid subscription tiers in the future, we will provide a clear, separate disclosure before any charges are incurred, including: the subscription price, billing frequency, how to cancel before renewal, and any free trial terms.
Any paid services will require affirmative opt-in — we will never charge you without your explicit consent.
How to Cancel
Email subscriptions: Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it to instantly remove yourself from our mailing list. You may also email info@summitchannelsegments.com to request removal.
Paid subscriptions (if applicable): Instructions for canceling paid subscriptions will be provided at sign-up and in any confirmation emails. Generally, you can cancel by contacting us at the email below at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
Billing Questions
If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us immediately at info@summitchannelsegments.com. We will investigate and resolve billing disputes within 5 business days.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this disclosure as our services evolve. We will notify email subscribers of any material changes before they take effect. Your continued use of the Site and its services constitutes acceptance of any updated disclosure.
