This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you visit or interact with our websites. By using our websites, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide — We collect information you voluntarily submit, including: name, email address, phone number, company name, and job title (via contact forms, information requests, and communications sign-ups); lead generation submissions including quote requests, consultation schedulers, and resource downloads (name, email, phone, ZIP, topic); and business inquiries about products or partnerships.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically — When you visit our websites, we automatically collect: device and browser information (IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, and screen resolution); usage data (pages visited, time on pages, referring URLs, click patterns, scroll depth, and navigation); approximate geographic location from your IP address (city/state/ZIP level); and information collected via cookies and similar technologies.

2.3 Information from Third Parties — We may receive information from advertising partners and demand-side platforms (DSPs), analytics providers, and data enrichment services (business contact information only).

How We Use Your Information

We use collected information for the following purposes: providing and improving our websites; responding to inquiries and customer service requests; lead generation (delivering qualified leads to advertising clients based on voluntary form submissions on PinPoint Network sites); advertising (displaying relevant ads and measuring ad effectiveness); analytics and audience insights (aggregated, non-personally-identifiable data for advertising clients); communications to opted-in users only; legal compliance; and security and fraud prevention.

How We Share Your Information

4.1 Lead Generation Clients — When you submit information through a lead generation form on a PinPoint Network site, your submission may be shared with the associated advertising client. By submitting a lead form, you consent to this sharing.

4.2 Service Providers — We share information with service providers who assist us with hosting and infrastructure, analytics and measurement, email and communications, and advertising technology. These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only as directed by us.

4.3 Advertising Partners — Our advertising partners may collect information through cookies and tracking pixels for the purpose of serving targeted ads and measuring campaign performance. Data shared with advertising partners is typically hashed, anonymized, or aggregated.

4.4 Aggregated and De-Identified Data — We may share aggregated or anonymized data that does not identify individual users with partners, clients, and for research purposes.

4.5 Legal Requirements — We may disclose your information when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Summit Audience Segments, LLC, our users, or others.

4.6 Business Transfers — Your information may be transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or a portion of our assets.

Proprietary Data Network

Summit Audience Segments, LLC operates a proprietary audience data network. Audience segments built within this network are derived from exclusive data partnerships — NOT from browsing activity on our consumer websites. Website visitor data collected on PinPoint Network sites is used for analytics, ad optimization, and aggregated audience insights.
