Audience map builder · Aggregate counts only

Build the audience. Watch the map.

Pick the programs you care about, then stack layers — lead channel, tier, condition, sleep-apnea cross-match, age, gender, service years, call attempts, prescriber link, insurance carrier, failure reasons, Medicare/Medicaid, polypharmacy, insulin, diabetes type — like a visual pivot table. Every count comes from the full 16.0M-record export; states under 1,000 records are withheld.

How to read this. Counts are lead records, not unique people — a person who came through more than one program appears once per program, and confirmed patients appear once per shipment. Records span roughly ten years and many lead sources; not every funnel asked every question, so condition, age, gender and the enriched fields reflect what each funnel captured, not a full profile. Lead-channel and call-attempt layers draw on the inquiry records where those fields were captured. Insurance-carrier and failure-reason layers draw on the 460K detailed DME intake records (Tier 1 fulfilled and Tier 2 full intakes). The Medicare, Medicaid, polypharmacy, insulin and diabetes-type layers draw on the roughly 933K records where those fields were captured, so totals narrow sharply when those layers are active. The sleep-apnea cross-match covers what the funnels asked and is not exclusive. Refill history, call recordings and newer activity are not in this export yet, so these counts are a floor.
