Ask the Data · Demo
Ask a question. Get an answer. The data never moves.
A preview of governed access to 16.0M lead records and 12.7M unique people. You ask in plain English; the answer comes back as totals and percentages — never rows, names or identifiers.
First — what this data actually is
Ten years of people raising their hand for medical supplies — and what happened next.
Summit's records come from direct-to-consumer programs for durable medical equipment (DME) — the supplies Medicare and insurers send to patients at home, like diabetic testing supplies and CPAP machines. Every record sits somewhere on one journey:
1 · Inquiry
16.0M records
Someone raised their hand about a condition — by filling out a form, or by calling in.
2 · Conversation
2.15M+
Every inbound call is already a conversation. Form leads become conversations when our center reaches them.
3 · Full intake
962,617
Insurance verified, doctor contacted, paperwork completed.
4 · Fulfilled
671,456
Product shipped — the records claims data never explains.
5 · Stalled
291,161
Qualified but never fulfilled — refill timing, prescriber declined, coverage.
What counts as an inquiry
Any moment someone raised their hand about a condition: a lead form filled out, or an inbound call. Both land in the same record base — the 16.0M figure is not just web forms.
What counts as a conversation
A call that was actually connected. Every inbound call qualifies, because the person is already on the phone. On the form side, a record becomes a conversation when our call center reaches the person.
Why it's different from claims data
Claims show what was billed. These records show the stages before and around the claim — the inquiry, the conversation, the intake, and the people who qualified but never got filled.
What a tier means
Tier 1 = full intake and supply received. Tier 2 = full intake but no fulfillment. Tier 3 = a condition-intent inquiry. Tiers mark how far a record traveled, not how valuable it is.
What you can ask
Anything answerable with totals and percentages: how many, what share, where, how recent, which prescribers. You can never ask for a person — only patterns.
What the answers describe
Every answer describes Summit's own records — people who came through these programs — not the whole US population. Where public benchmarks help (CDC prevalence, CMS Medicare prescriber data), they're shown alongside, clearly labeled.
