Delivery infrastructure

From raw records to a tokenized package.

Four fixed steps turn raw records into a package your clean room can use: receive, organize, prepare for privacy review, and deliver through your chosen provider. Every record shown is synthetic and made up for this demo — no real patient data appears here.

Direct identifiers in output

How delivery works, in plain English.

Four steps, the same every time. The walkthrough below shows the same four steps running on real field structures.

01

We receive the records

Fulfillment systems and marketing funnels send raw records: hashed IDs, exact dates, ZIP codes, program and condition details.

What matters: Nothing is buyer-ready yet — source identifiers never leave Summit.

02

We organize them

Every record is mapped to a standard journey: what happened, which program and condition, when, where, and who was involved.

What matters: This is the step tokenization vendors don't do.

03

We prepare them for privacy review

Fixed rules replace IDs with delivery tokens, cut ZIPs to 3 digits, coarsen dates to months, and suppress groups under 1,000.

What matters: No manual handling, no exceptions — the rules can't be skipped.

04

You receive it through your provider

The package is tokenized through the provider you choose — Datavant or yours — and joins cleanly inside your clean room.

What matters: The prep work is already done, so tokenization takes days, not months.

As received from source

Records arrive from fulfillment systems and marketing funnels with source-side hashed identifiers, exact dates, and 5-digit ZIPs. Nothing is buyer-ready at this point — this is the raw material.

The important part

Everything sensitive on this card — the hashed ID, the exact date, the full ZIP — is replaced in step 3. Source identifiers never leave Summit.

All records on this page are synthetic and illustrative; names, ZIPs, NPIs and identifiers are invented. Real deliveries draw from the 16.0M-record Summit lead universe. This page is not a certified clean room and makes no compliance certification; production deliveries run through the buyer's chosen tokenization vendor and are governed by the license agreement.
