How it’s built
Patients with an active GLP-1 prescription fulfilled through a third-party pharmacy program — a standalone cohort, counted separately from the legacy lead universe.
A fast-growing weight-loss cohort on an active fulfillment channel, refreshed continuously; kept separate so its counts never overlap the 16.0M universe.
Counts are exact aggregates from the October 2026 export. Segments under 1,000 records are withheld until they reach a licensable size. Final cohort sizes are confirmed during scoping.
These cohorts were built over ten years of intake across many publishers, partners and lead funnels — not one survey. Conditions are confirmed where a funnel captured them, so a multi-condition segment is a set of matched records, not a full census of everyone with those conditions, and a record in a single-condition segment may have additional conditions another funnel never asked about.
The prescriber layer
Confirmed supply records carry the prescribing physician’s NPI, so every patient cohort can be paired with the prescriber network behind it — for HCP targeting, KOL mapping or prescriber-level activation alongside a patient campaign.
