FreePermitApp is operated by Summit Audience Segments, LLC. This Return & Refund Policy applies to any transactions you may make through FreePermitApp or in connection with Summit Audience Segments, LLC's services.

Because FreePermitApp is primarily a free informational resource, most users will have no need for a refund. If you have made a payment in connection with FreePermitApp or any Summit Audience Segments, LLC service, please review the relevant sections below.

Digital Products & Services

If Summit Audience Segments, LLC offers any paid digital products, reports, or services through FreePermitApp, the following policy applies:

7-day money-back guarantee: If you are not satisfied with a paid digital product or service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked.

After 7 days: Refund requests submitted more than 7 days after purchase will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We will consider factors including whether the product was accessed or downloaded, technical issues, and other relevant circumstances.

Digital products that have been fully downloaded and accessed are generally non-refundable after the 7-day window, except in cases of material defect.

Affiliate Purchases

FreePermitApp may link to products sold by third-party merchants through affiliate relationships. We do not process, fulfill, or control those transactions. Refund and return policies for affiliate purchases are governed entirely by the respective merchant.

Billing Disputes

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If the original payment method is unavailable, we will work with you on an alternative resolution.
